Congratulations to our local students who now have the freedom of the road.

We are delighted that the following learner drivers, who are all from the Rugby area have now completed the learner syllabus and are now proud owners of full driving licences.

Congratulations to Johnathon (Johnny) Robson who passed his practical driving test at the Rugby Driving Test Centre on Thursday the 15th of November.

Johnny whose hobby is martial arts was in fighting fit form, and had a great drive with just a few minors recorded. His examiner congratulated him on a very good drive.

Johnny plans to get a van to help him with his building work and take his young lad and devoted dog around.

Well done again Johnny you kept it all together, best wishes from your driving instructor Russ Allan and all the team here at Rugby School of Motoring.

“I chose Rugby School of Motoring as my driving school because I have seen a lot of good reviews on Google.

Learning to drive was harder than I originally thought it would be. I found it harder to stay focused than I realised, however my instructor was brilliant, always very patient and his explanations for why we need to do things was spot on. He was always very supportive and great all round, I couldn’t have done it without him.

I would recommend Rugby School of Motoring without a doubt as Russell really built up my confidence and made sure I couldn’t get things wrong, because we had set patterns of behaviour to follow which meant I was always able to deal with different things as they cropped up.

Thanks Russell.”

Congratulations to Stacey Wynn from Barby, Rugby on passing her practical driving test at the Rugby Driving Test Centre on Thursday December the 13th at her 1st attempt.

Stacey who was feeling a little nervous to start with, soon settled down and had a really good drive, she said she will be out looking for a car now, then she will be able to drive to Milton Keynes to visit her niece.

Well done again Stacey on your first time pass, best wishes from all the team here at Rugby School of Motoring.

Congratulations to Anda Drasovean from Rugby who passed her automatic practical driving test on Thursday the 7th of March at the Rugby Driving Test Centre with just one minor fault and at her 1st attempt.

Anda’s examiner commented on her excellent drive. Anda who has lived in Rugby for 8 years originally came here from Romania and works for herself as a translator, was overjoyed to pass her driving test recording just one fault, she originally started learning in a manual car but decided an automatic was a better option for her and she passed in the automatic at her first attempt.

Anda is now going to look for an automatic car so she and her partner can start to have a much more varied social life visiting many beautiful places around the UK.

Best wishes Anda from your Driving Instructor Russ Allan and all the team here at Rugby School of Motoring.

Congratulations to Samantha Hitchin from Rugby who passed her practical driving test at her 1st attempt, on Friday the 8th of March at the Rugby Driving Test Centre with just 4 minor faults.

Samantha was overwhelmed with her fabulous achievement and shed a few tears of joy. She was very nervous about the test but kept herself together throughout the drive so much so that her examiner said she had a very good drive. Sam is now looking forward to taking her little daughter out for drives to the park and generally enjoying the new freedom her driving licence will now give her.

Well done again Samantha and best wishes from your Driving Instructor Russell Allan and all the team here at Rugby School of Motoring.
